From a place of gentleness and curiosity, my focus is to be courageous alongside you as we navigate the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that seem too big to carry alone. Because let's keep it real - being human is hard - and I believe that healing begins with the permission to embrace our messy, imperfect selves.

Embracing a holistic perspective, I believe that the fabric of our well-being is woven with threads of genuine human connection. Aka, a fancy way of saying that we heal in relationship to others. Together, I hope to help you return home to yourself, body, mind, and spirit. Whether that is through understanding and embracing the complexity of your emotions, building trust and setting boundaries, or healing your relationship - both with yourself and others - I hope you reach out.

Who Do I Work With?

I specialize in working with both adults and teens, understanding that each stage of life comes with its own set of challenges and opportunities for growth.

My practice is rooted in a deep commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment where every individual can feel heard and valued. So, whether you are a teenager grappling with the challenges of growing up and figuring out who the heck you are, or an adult facing the complexities of balancing work, relationships, and personal fulfillment, I aim to be a safe space to support you on your journey toward mental well-being and self-discovery.

Additionally, I have a keen interest in relational healing and work with many couples to help them embrace their individuality while also nurturing their relationship needs for belonging and connection.

 

 

Treatment Approaches

As a long-time yoga teacher and professional figure skater, I've learned that healing is multi-faceted and isn't confined to talk therapy alone. We can explore other avenues like creative outlets (art, writing, music) or body-forward practices (breathwork, mindfulness, and movement) that offer solace and insight into self-expression. I'm here for all of it.
