Happy Hips
This collection of slow flow classes specifically targets the muscles and connective tissues of the hips. In energetic anatomy, the hip chakra is the centre of our “right to feel” and it's element is water. Like water, we have the ability to be fluid; to gracefully flow between our highs and lows. We must trust that the ebbs, flows, swells and curves of the current are meant to bring us into exactly where we are. We are all just floating on our tiny little boats on this infinite ocean of life. This class aims to offer you space to surrender and trust the rise and fall of the present moment.
