Flow and Go
This collection of slow flow classes is specifically for those days where we cannot commit to a full hour practice, but our bodies are telling us they need to move. Each class is targeted for specific areas of the body (hips, spine, shoulders, etc.). Yoga doesn’t always look like a full hour of movement or meditation, but can simply be a radical act of self-care in which we carve out time for ourselves.
Perfect for opening up space around the spine and in the shoulders and chest.
